142: Pat Flynn on Smart Passive Income and Super Fans

I'm excited to share today's interview with Pat Flynn. He is the owner of Smart Passive Income.  Pat lost his job as an architect in 2008 and was left scrambling to find what he was going to do next. Pat turned to internet business and published his first eBook explaining how to pass the Lead Exam (an exam for architects).

 

He’s all about the passive revenue. He’s been setting up passive revenue streams since then. In addition to the Lead Exam for architect content, he developed a security guard training website, courses for marketing a food truck business, podcast and podcast teaching materials and so many more things, including his latest book out in August called Super Fans which we discuss around building and cultivating a loyal fan base.
